The Torres Difference
At Torres Floors, we believe great floors and tile starts with great service.
When you work with Torres Floors, you work directly with John—not a revolving team of salespeople. From selecting materials to understanding installation requirements, you'll receive straightforward guidance, clear communication, and personal attention throughout the process.
We believe doing the job right means more than delivering a beautiful finished floor or tile job.
It means listening carefully, providing honest recommendations, communicating clearly about costs and expectations, and treating every home or job site with respect. From careful installation to keeping the workspace clean, we take pride in the details that make the entire experience better.

A little history beneath our feet.
The Torres Floors showroom has a story that stretches back more than 165 years.
Located at 8505 Woodsboro Pike, our building once served as a tollhouse along the historic Woodsboro and Frederick Turnpike, an important transportation route connecting Frederick and surrounding communities during the 19th century.
Historical records place a tollgate at this location as early as 1858. The building later served as a private residence before being restored and adapted for modern use.
Recognized for its historical significance, the former tollhouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
Today, this piece of Frederick County history is home to Torres Floors, where we welcome customers to explore flooring and tile for their own homes and businesses.
